What is a 2-day canoe trip? A long route of 31 to 36 km split over two days, with a night at an official bivouac in the middle of the gorges. The format to cross the whole nature reserve without rushing, all the way to Sauze.

The night at the bivouac
- You sleep at an official bivouac in the heart of the gorges nature reserve.
- The bivouac night is booked separately: the booking is compulsory and is not included in the price of the trip. We explain everything in our guide on how to book your bivouac.
- On site: toilets, showers and a barbecue.
- You bring your own camping and sleeping gear (tent, sleeping bag, mat), carried in a waterproof bag in the canoe.
Who is the 2-day trip for?
- La Maxi Aventure (36 km) suits a good intermediate level: families with teenagers or adults already at ease on the water.
- La Super Aventure (31 km) is for strong, sporty paddlers.
- For a first time in a canoe or with young children, it is better to choose a half-day or a full-day trip.

- The safety briefing and welcome coffee at departure.

What to bring
- Your bivouac night booking, made separately (not included in the price of the trip).

- A waterproof bag or barrel, closed shoes that stay on in the water and sun protection.
Practical info
- You must be able to swim on the 2-day routes.
- Morning departure on day one, return in the late afternoon on day two.
- The bivouac is booked separately and in advance: places in the nature reserve are limited.
- Exact times are confirmed when you book, depending on the season and the water level.

Bivouac nights in the nature reserve are in high demand in July and August and places fill up fast. Book your trip and your bivouac as early as possible.
